TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Purpose
These terms regulate access and use of the boat reservation platform.
2. Booking Conditions
- A boat reservation is considered confirmed after payment of the corresponding amount.
- The user must provide truthful information in the booking process.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy In the event that the client or lessee, for any reason, proceeds to cancel the charter and thus this contract, they must pay the agency or lessor a penalty calculated based on the total agreed charter or reservation amount. This will be determined by the advance notice period in which the cancellation is expressly communicated in relation to the charter date:
- FULL REFUND: Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance.
- 25% PENALTY: Cancellations between 60 and 30 days in advance.
- 50% PENALTY: Cancellations between 30 and 15 days in advance.
- 75% PENALTY: Cancellations between 15 and 7 days in advance.
- 100% PENALTY: Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
If weather conditions prevent the charter from taking place, the client or lessee may choose between a full refund or a voucher redeemable on our website for the same amount as the reference reservation. This weather-related cancellation clause will only apply in the following cases:
- Wind gusts exceeding 25 knots.
- Heavy rain at the scheduled check-in date and time.
Additionally, the boat's captain reserves the right to cancel the charter if they deem conditions unsafe for passengers.
In cases where, unfortunately, the charter must be canceled due to a breakdown of the contracted boat, the client or lessee may choose between a full refund or a voucher redeemable on our website for the same amount as the reference reservation.
4. Liability The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the boat and must comply with the established navigation and safety rules.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ibiza.
